I like to share wisdom…my awesome doctor told me that the humidity in my home could be part of my sinus issues…so did you know that 50-60% humidity is recommended in your house! Mine was soooo dry 25-30%…the Sahara Desert is 25-30%…I have been getting much better since cranking my humidifier and even boiling water for steam on my stove! Up to 54%…huge difference!!!
